Presentation and demonstrations on "A Look at Mande (West African) Culture through Traditional Music." this presentation will give the audience the opportunity to travel through the cultural history of the African people and its ties to the... African American culture today.

Jerry Jenkins July 2014

Jerry Jenkins has recieved a grant of $2,000 From the Mississippi Arts Commission. The grant will be used as an apprenticeship. Jerry Jenking is the owner of Hasan Drums and has been a performing teaching artist for 14 years.
